PCP Integrated Health Promotion 2011

  Upcoming events

The Department of Health has recently released a document that sets out the achievements of Primary Care Partnerships (PCP) strategy to deliver Integrated Health Promotion (IHP) in Victoria. This document draws on findings from an evaluation conducted in 2008 on the impact of the PCP IHP strategy. Case studies have been included to demonstrate the range of health promotion programs and activities being led by PCPs, and the breadth of work that can be undertaken when organisations work in partnership.

The document can be accessed from the Department of Health website.
